from the very first minute we walked in the door to tour the facility I knew this is where we had to be you can tell us your passion I could tell if your passion of all the students I think that's what makes this place so special the staff from the moment we came to visit and check it out they were just so passionate about what they do there is no better tool than to see herself because you'll see what this the mission of the school is and and what they're doing here has all very good stuff the leadership and staff school first. Makes in feel very comfortable almost as if he's included in the family it is a wonderful thing and it Comforts parents they understand children with disabilities there's no need for you to explain to them your child habits or behaviors or anything like that it's already understood they understand that and they can accommodate the children's needs we just care about about the kids here and the kids care about and so you can see it when you walk there always and talk with kids and see them interacting with with Our Fate our family of Staff members I get to see them dream hope and kind of learn what it's going to take for them to be successful are so polite and helpful and willing to help everybody else in the students I'll have attitudes and they come in ready to work willing to work I think we have a fantastic staff who are always willing to jump in anywhere they can to help their one enjoys being here enjoy what they do and it's really from educator standpoint inspiring an attitude here that permeates through the whole building that kids are first no matter what kids are first and everybody's are willing to adjust what they're doing tell me the news. Kids a lot nicer people here I felt like I can talk to other people hear different disability no matter what it is and I understand okay have a disability in that is owed play gave me options at I never knew I had when I first came to Tilton I was shy and I was like really scared cuz I don't know who might be my class soon I will know the first day my dear friends in the next like the next day I had it like a million do everything we can to make sure your child has everything they need successful kids know when people care about them and when they don't and they know that caring sometimes means pushing you to do a little bit more than you want to do but I'm our teachers do it with a smile and with a lot of passion and I think I think our kids know that
