Board of Directors Portal Help Guide
- Click the button labelled Board of Directors Portal
- Type your username and password then click the sign in button
- Username is first initial last name *For example, John Miller-Smith would have the username jmiller-smith
- Click the Forgot your Password? link
- Type your username and click the OK button. A password reset email will be sent to your personal email address with a temporary password.
- Username is first initial last name *For example, John Miller-Smith would have the username jmiller-smith
- Type the temporary password in the email from [email protected] and create your unique password, type again to confirm, and click the OK button
Navigating the Portal
- Click the plus button to create a new announcement
- Under the Documents banner is a list of quick access documents
- Under the Links banner is the ACLD Inc. Documents repository and allows access to all files and folders
- Under the links banner are 4 buttons
- ACLD Inc. Documents repository allows access to all files and folders
- Conversations allows access to a communication board and posting topics for discussion
- School Website will open the school's homepage
- Zoom Meeting will launch the board meeting zoom meeting
- Under the calendar banner shows a list of events.
- Hover over an event to view the time and description

- There are 3 buttons available at the bottom of the page
- My Accounts allows access to modify name, username, email, and password
- My Preference allows access to notification settings
- Feedback allow access to an input form
