High School Program
Students in grades 11 and 12 will participate in a community-based employment opportunity. Students will develop a resume packet to present when they participate in the interview process for the employment opportunity. Students will be selected for an available position based on their interests. Prior to starting work, the students will learn essential soft skills to ensure success in the work environment. Students will receive guidance from a Job Coach while working. Students will also have an opportunity to work on academic goals as well as goals from related services such as speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
Students in grades 9 and 10 will also have an opportunity to develop pre-employment skills while engaging in an academic program to continue to develop areas of need. Students will participate in resume building, interview skills, and basic soft skills to engage in an employment opportunity onsite at The Tillotson School. Students will develop time management skills while working, learning, enhancing daily living skills, engaging in career exploration, and community-based learning experiences.

Middle School Program
Students in grade 6-8 will engage in a primarily academic program with additional components in the areas of daily living skill building, career exploration, and weekly community-based learning experiences.
Elementary Program
The Extended School Year Program for elementary students will focus on developing specific skills areas of academic need. Students will also participate in weekly recreational activities during the program.

ESY Dates: June 17th – July 18th (Program closed June 19, July 4, July 5)
Student Hours: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Days: Monday through Friday
