COVID-19 Student Screener

The health and safety of our students and staff is a number one priority at the ACLD Tillotson School.  We are asking each student and their family to help us.  Please take the time to complete the student screener EACH MORNING BEFORE STUDENTS LEAVE HOME FOR SCHOOL.  Follow the directions on the screener.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call our school nurse, at 412.325.2462

 

A thermometer, instructions and student screener was mailed to each and every family of our school.  If you did not receive a the screener packet, please call the school at 412.881.2268 and someone will be happy to mail one to you.
